Issue: Meraki firewall blocked website

Meraki firewall is used by both IWDA and Wateraid.

Issue

Website blocked by firewall

Cause

Blacklisted categories set on Meraki firewall may cause false positives.

Solution

• Login to Meraki firewall at dashboard.meraki.com
• Select Security Appliance > Content Filtering.
• Scroll to bottom of page and add website domain name to whitelist.
• Click Save Changes.
