Issue

Egnyte Desktop Sync won't allow you to enter a new user when a computer is reissued.

Cause

Egnyte Desktop Sync pairs permanently with the first user profile that it connects to.

Solution

Uninstall Egnyte Desktop Sync and reinstall from NAS.

Note: You have to do this EVERY TIME a computer is reissued.
